Took me a while to draw this out. I haven't watched that deeply into Bleach so I had to do some research.
The idea of her costume came from of course, Halibel :3
Her sword's name is Firestarter, mainly because of the fire like aura it releases. Keiko's special ability is a Berzerker-like state, she succumbs herself to the spirit world which gives her great strength and speed.
